I called yesterday informing you of a problem getting my garage door to close properly.
After describing the “symptoms” I was advised that it probably was just some cobwebs or other debris clogging the sensors.
I went home , cleaned up around the sensors, and my garage door was fixed.
I admit to knowing very little on the operation of the door, and you could have taken advantage of this, sent a serviceman to my house and charged me for a service call and labor to fix this, putting the money in your pocket, in lieu of free advice over the phone, as many other businesses might have.
I just wanted to thank you for your honesty and fix suggestion.
Your residential customer service representative was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable.
