The doors feature four-layer coated galvanized steel for weather resistance, triple-reinforced panels for stability, and thermal breaks plus insulated joints to reduce air and heat loss. Unique safety bottom brackets and red safety screws add extra security.
Sandwich
Hörmann’s commercial sandwich doors feature a layered panel construction with hot-dipped galvanizing, a baked-on polyester base coat, and a durable finish for long-lasting protection. Both inside and outside skins are bonded to a HCFC-free polystyrene core, providing an R-value of 10.4 for energy efficiency and sound dampening. Polystyrene insulation in the door channel further enhances insulation.

Hörmann offers three commercial steel pan door models to fit any need.Panels feature hot-dipped galvanizing, baked-on polyester base and finish coats for durable, long-lasting protection. Tongue and groove joints and double end stiles ensure structural strength. Safety bottom fixtures enhance safety, and optional full-cavity HCFC-free polystyrene insulation (R-value 7.4) improves energy efficiency and noise reduction.

Hörmann’s full-view commercial sectional door is strong and stylish. Choose from four panel colors and six insert styles. The anodized aluminum frame is mechanically fastened for strength, with tight joints and a weather seal for energy efficiency. Optional EPS insulation and 1/8” tempered glass with seven color choices are available.
