Hear Why Your Pittsburgh Neighbors Trust Giel
Purchasing this garage door was done professionally from beginning to end. The door came earlier than expected and the workers did a fine job installing and cleaning up when finished.
We needed help with our garage door after it went on the fritz. It was easy to book an appointment online and we received a courtesy call confirming the details. The garage door was not even opening by the time the technician arrived, but he somehow had things fixed in no time. We’re very happy with the experience.
Excellent service and completed a difficult repair .
My spring broke on my garage door and they were at our home fixing it the next day. Very friendly and neat.
Frank was very helpful in diagnosing the issue with our door and we appreciate his recommendations.

They came out and fixed an issue that should have been fixed when our garage door opener was installed. They truly stand by their work and the tech that came out to fix our issue was awesome.

The cord that connects to my garage door snapped. Called Thomas Giel and they sent over Justin the next business day. Replaced the bottom piece and the cord. Lubricated all the moving parts. Now my garage door is working like new again. Thank you.
